Accountant - 35-40k (Basingstoke)

Working for a large manufacturing company. A large manufacturing company based in Basingstoke are currently looking for a Accounting Services Accountant to join their busy team. The regular tasks include: 
• Group Inter Company invoicing and agreements. • VAT/intrastat for CPS and support for Shared Services Financial Accountant on Holdings VAT return and Group return.• Month end GRNI and stock reconciliations.
• GRNI review of old items and resolve with AP teams.• Daily stock/purchase receipt transfer on IFS2004 and investigation/resolution of differences.• Check for ‘stuck’ sales invoices not updated properly on IFS 2004 and resolve errors.• Control account reviews.• Fixed asset system posting and control for CPS and Shared Services.
• Tax packs.• Month end reporting support. Must have excellent Excel skills, Good communicator and experience

with working for a corporate company. Qaulified or qualified by experience considered.

Sales & Marketing Support Executive - up to 25k (Basingstoke)

Our client, a large global company based in Basingstoke are currently looking for a Pre Sales Support Executive. Provide support in the development & maintenance of on-line communications, assisting in the organisation of customer, partner and internal staff events (this will include exhibitions, conferences, meetings, production facility visits and corporate hospitality, maintaining events calendar, managing competitor database, taking care to ensure both its accuracy and currency, producing regular market intelligence updates for both staff and customers, assisting with the implementation of annual customer survey. This will require close collaboration with regional sales teams to ensure adequate customer coverage and timely response. Previous relevant experience in an operational marketing or sales support role, able to work under pressure and tight timescales. Holds a marketing or general business degree from a reputable institution or professional qualification (e.g. CIM).

Illustrator/ Graphic Designer - 23k (Basingstoke)

The creation of innovative design concepts for conversion to protect and authenticate documents and articles of value. 

To Create high quality line illustrations and sketches to provide concept visuals for clients as a tool to help expedite subsequent computer based design work. The creation of high quality vector and pixel based illustrations using Apple Mac computers.Conversion of approved designs into production artwork. Experience in illustration & graphic design, Excellent hand illustration skills and an eye for detail, Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand, Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Degree or equivalent in Illustration or Fine Art.

Part Time Sale Executive - 18-20k pro rata (Hook)

Working for a large IT company. Sell & Market their products. Build & develop customer base / relationships.

Used to working to targets and deadlines, be a good communicator and team player. Previous Sales experience necessary. Hours and days to suit.

Customer Support Advisor - 15k + Bonus (Basingstoke)

Working for major player in the vending industry you will be responsible for ensuring calls are handled in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner as per agreed service levels.  You will need fast, accurate keyboard skills, have a confident and positive attitude and experience in a customer service environment.
