Billing Integrity Analyst II - £24k - 27.5k (Basingstoke)

Working for a Basingstoke based telecommunications company, you will need to be contentious and have proven track record of being so.  You need to be able to utilize resource around you (not only within the department) to find solution – most of the time without a great deal of direction.   You will need to have the ability to delve into a system with initial guidance interdepartmentally and have the ability to self teach with more in depth workings of the system.  You will be working in a pressurized environment so occasional working evenings/weekends will be required but will be paid. You must be educated to A level standard, have excellent Excel and Access skills and a telecoms/billing background would be an advantage.

Telesales Executive - £18k + bonus (Basingstoke)

Working for a large media company in the Basingstoke area, you will have overall responsibility for the sales performance of a particular line of products within their account base.  You will already have experience in Telesales and be able to manage accounts and achieve targets.

Purchase Ledger Clerk - £18k (Hook)

Working for a major supplier to the horticultural industry you will provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department, carrying our full function purchase ledger duties including invoice registraiton, purchase order matching, posting, generating payment runs and remittance advices and month end procedures.

Working for a major player in the powered access industry, this busy role includes providing efficient and effective support to key accounts, successfully converting enquiries into orders, maintaining enquiry logs and arranging site visits.

The ideal person will be able to meet deadlines and targets, act with honesty and integrity and be thorough and up to date with administrative tasks.

Warehouse Administrator - £17k (South of Basingstoke)

Working for a major supplier to the agricultural industry whose depot is south of Basingstoke, you will be required to provide an efficient and effective customer service and support role within the depot trading area.  You will be performing the depot's administrative function, providing secretarial/sales support and ensuring efficient customer service at all times.  This is a varied and interesting role and candidates must be able to perform well in a team environment as well as on own initiative.

Administrative Assistant (Part Time) - £12,500 (Basingstoke)

Working for a major supplier to the horticultural industry, you will provide administrative support to the Business Support department, processing multiple orders, setting up new stock codes and other admin duties as required.

You will have good computer skills, be able to work to tight deadlines and have the ability to work in a team with a confident, approachable manner.

HR Advisor (Part Time)- 6 Month Contract £9-10 per hour (Thatcham)

Working for a large pharmaceutical company based near Thatcham. working for a busy HR team, dealing with new starter forms, liaise with recruitment agencies, offer / rejection letters, selection & sourcing of candidates & general assistance to the HR Manager. 16-20 hours per week (flexible). HR or Training experience essential.
