Commercial Manager - up to 54k + Bonus + Car Allowance + Medical & Pension (Basingstoke)

Working with sales to influence and effect the development and qualification of major sales opportunities/ bids. Providing an objective commercial assessment of opportunities to assist in the qualification process as required. Developing bid strategy and / or business models. Preparing and coordinating input for commercial offers and/or requests for further information and other such commercial documents. Leading a cross-functional team through the bid phase; identifying and putting in place teaming agreements with 3rd parties as agreed. Interfacing with Group Legal, Tax, Risk Management and Treasury, plus Divisional Finance and other functions to prepare internally compliant offers. Creating financial models. Identifying and performing scenario analyses of the financial, legal and commercial risk profile for each opportunity; proposing mitigation measures and managing risk on behalf of the business through the bid phase. Securing acceptable and authorised contract agreements with Customers, partners and suppliers, negotiating where required to do so, Participating in in-country negotiations/meetings as required, and ensure effective handover to the Project team.

Project Manager - up to 55k + Car + Bonus Scheme (Basingstoke)

Business Development Manager - 50k+ Commission + Car (Basingstoke)

Our client, a large company within the digital print industry are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to build on our already fabulous success. This is a very professional sales process and applicants would ideally have a  digital print back ground or training experience. You will be responsible for the delivery of technical architecture, design and solutions for IDS smart secure device based eID and ePassport systems. To perform product and technology evaluation for solutionss across the IDS product portfolio.

Software Engineer - up to 45k 6 Month Contract (Basingstoke)

Working for a large international company, we are looking for a Software Engineer due to expansion. To develop Identity Systems' software products providing secure document issuance solutions, through the enhancement of existing products or the development of new ones. Specifically, the role will be to develop components of eID solution and to support the enhancement of MIDIS product set.

Must have excellent C++ skills and extensive use of Microsoft Visual Studio.

Technical Engineer - 18-22k (Andover)

Our client, are currently looking to expand their Technical team. Your main duties will include: To provide first class customer service with technical knowledge to compile quotations and answer queries swiftly and efficiency installing confidence in our growing customer base. Initial point of contact for incoming telephone calls, compiling quotations to acceptable technical standards, follow-up and chase down outstanding quotations under supervision of the Sales Manager, Developing relationships with existing & new customers, keeping quote log up to date.

Must have minimum degree or degree equivalent qualification, good Word and Excel skills, excellent telephone manner, knowledge of SAGE an advantage, Rudimentary AutoCAD knowledge preferable & Mech / Elec background preferred.

Customer Support Advisor - 15k + Bonus (Basingstoke)
